The building access was a real problem. I had to call every time because the outside door was locked. What if my phone died? the hot water was inconsistent. One morning, I had to take a cold shower. I reported it, but there was no apology. It just.

Excellent Stay!

central location quiet night locked gates

The location was central! Taking the metro to Rho Fiera for an event was easy. We even walked from Castello to the Duomo late at night and caught an early train to Malpensa Airport from Cadorna station. The room had a clean, colorful design. It was completely quiet at night. I secure hotel because the building had locked gates at the entrance.

I noticed the shower sometimes ran cold. It took some time to get it fixed. An immediate resolution would have been appreciated.

perfect location clean room friendly staff locked door broken elevator no replenishment

The location was perfect, near many attractions. The room was very clean and well prepared. I especially appreciated that. The staff helped me with my bags, and they were very friendly.

The outside door was always locked. I had to call to get it unlocked. The elevator was broken, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. Nothing was ever replenished in the room without me asking for it.

sforzesco castle clean room steam iron

The location was excellent, right across from sforzesco castle. the room matched the images online, it was clean and spacious. i found excellent facilities. I was kinda surprised by the steam iron and coffee machine (i especially liked the coffee machine) in the room.

The system for getting into the building is a little inconvenient. I needed to call someone to let me in.
